Dear Paul and Nina,
My family and I really had a wonderful time the other night. The food was incredible starting with that delicious mozzarella from Murray’s in NYC. All of the appetizers were so tasty and the variety was impressive. Nina you outdid yourself with the presentation! The innovative peach salad was so good and unexpected. The pasta bolognese was one of the best I’ve ever had. Turns out it is my Mom’s favorite pasta dish also, who knew! Along with Paul’s signature chianti it was a great dinner pairing. The concert after the main course was another highlight of the evening. My son commented that he has now seen Bad Company after Paul played. It was really nice to listen to Paul’s songs and hear his story about his journey to become part of Bad Company.
Through his passion for food and music he continues to make a positive impact on the world and give back through charitable work. It’s very inspiring to see how much you both are giving back with your charitable work.We did not know what to expect when I contacted you to make dinner for us but it surpassed our expectations. You really did a great job. Thank you for making this such a memorable family evening. Every time we open a bottle of Paul’s wine we will think about this dinner event.

Paul Cullen and Nina definitely Rock!!!! We had an amazing evening with outstanding food, wine and wonderful conversation. Paul is an incredible talent and we enjoyed our personal concert and side stories. We are so glad we booked this event! We highly recommend this experience. Paul Cullen’s in-home dining experience is absolutely unforgettable. He’s not just an incredible chef but also a world-class musician who turns dinner into a private concert. Every dish is fresh, authentic, and perfectly paired with his own wines, and between courses, he shares amazing stories and plays beautiful acoustic music. It feels less like an event and more like an evening with an old friend who just happens to cook and perform like a pro. Truly one of the most unique and memorable nights you can have.

Our family enjoyed a lovely evening hosted by Paul, with Nina’s assistance. Our meal was delicious from apps to dessert, complimented by several of Paul’s wines. We were able to totally relax and enjoy each other’s company in the comfort of our own home. Paul and Nina were both so personable and gracious and Paul’s mini concert was the perfect wind down to a memorable evening. Thanks for everything Paul and Nina!
