For the past 11 years, I've had the pleasure of being a private Chef, serving over 14,000 clients. Recently, a unique experience stood out when I had the joy of hosting an Italian family for New York. Their familiarity with authentic Italian products and recipes resonated with me as I always strive to use the finest ingredients sourced directly from Italy. The evening culminated in a private concert that brought everyone together in joy. A heartfelt moment occurred when Nonna approached me, acknowledging the influence of my Grandma Tagliaferro on my culinary skills. Such recognition is truly priceless to me. 🥲
