A Culinary Journey Rooted in Passion


I’m embarking on my 11th year as a private chef! Life sometimes leads us down paths that align perfectly with our passions. Cooking has always been my true calling. I learned the art from my grandmother, Elsie Tagliaferro, and my mother, Nancy. This passion has blossomed into a successful business that has taken me across the country and beyond.


Exciting Ventures in the Culinary World


The success of my culinary journey has led to several exciting ventures. I now have my own private label Italian wine. Additionally, I organize group travel experiences in Italy and beyond. I'm proud to run a non-profit organization called Paul Kares. Paul Kares supports young adults and children pursuing their dreams in the culinary and musical arts. Notably, Paul Kares also manages The Room at Cedar Grove concert club.


The Importance of Support


None of this would have been possible without the unwavering support of my wife, Bonnie. Additionally, my friend, Jim Rivette, has been a source of inspiration. Moreover, my assistant, Nina Carle, has helped me tremendously. I am also grateful to my clients and friends who believe in me and our vision. Their encouragement has made this journey even more meaningful.
