Recently Paul and his team were flown out to Aspen to entertain the Pernod Ricard group of 20. Their brands include Absolut, Jamerson, Chivas and specialty spirits like Lilliet and Rabbit Hole. 

In a private dining room at the Hotel Jerome Paul cooked, paired special cocktails from their brands and played a concert afterwards including his renditions of Bad Company hits.

It was enjoyed by all including the staff who have never experienced such a unique event before.
